OPPO finally launched the Oppo Reno 2 series in India. The company has launched three smartphones simultaneously in this series, including Oppo Reno 2, Reno 2Z and Reno 2F. These three smartphones have been launched in India for the first time in the whole world. Oppo Reno 2 is the first smartphone to launch in India that supports 20x digital zoom. This phone has been launched by the company at a price of Rs 36,990, which will be available for sale from September 20.


Oppo Reno 2 has been launched by the company like the first smartphone of the series on a full view bezel less display that supports shark fin pop-up selfie camera. There is no notch on the front panel of the phone. Whereas, the OPPO Reno 2Z and 2F comes with a regular pop-up camera. All the three phones have gorilla glass 5 protection on the back panel. The quad rear camera setup is provided on the back panel of all the three phones, which is present in the vertical shape.


OPPO Reno 2 comes with 6.55 inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display, with a Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G chipset, 8GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage which can be further expanded through a hybrid slot.

The Oppo Reno 2Z has been introduced by the company 6.53-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display and a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. For processing, this phone has a MediaTek P90 chipset 8GB RAM memory which supports 256GB of internal storage.

Oppo Reno 2F has been launched by the company with MediaTek P70 and has 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage. The phone has 6.53-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

All the three smartphones have In-display fingerprint sensor, 4,000 mAh battery with VOOC charge 3.0, type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, Android 9 Pie and ColorOS 6.


The Reno2 comes with four rear cameras (48MP+8MP+13MP+2MP), which support 5x Hybrid Zoom, Ultra Dark Mode, Ultra Steady Video, and more.
The Reno2Z comes with four cameras (48MP+8MP+2MP+2MP), which support Ultra Dark Mode and Ultra Steady Video and Bokeh Effect Video.
The Reno2F comes with four cameras (48MP+8MP+2MP+2MP), which support Ultra Night Mode 2.0 and all-new AI Beauty Mode.

Whereas, all of them has a 16mp selfie shooter. The only difference is that OPPO Reno 2 in comparison to OPPO Reno 2Z and 2F’s on-screen flash has a dedicated LED flashlight for taking selfies.


OPPO Reno 2 is priced at Rs 36,990 and Reno 2Z is available for 29,990. However, the price of Reno 2F hasn’t been announced yet.
