The company has issued a press note saying that from December 6, mobile tariffs will be increased by 40 percent. Apart from this, the company issued a statement saying that the mobile service rates will be increased under the All in One plans, in which customers will also be given a benefit of up to 300 percent.
Apart from this, the company says that new all in one plan will be introduced soon for Jio users, in which customers will continue to get unlimited voice and data. However, new plans will be up to 40 percent more expensive. But under the promise of ‘Customer First’, customers will be given 300 percent more benefits.
The company further said that Jio Telecom will continue to negotiate with the government about the process of revising the tariff. Apart from this, Bharti Airtel and Vodafone-Idea had announced to increase tariff rates. These companies, apart from Jio, said that from December 3, prepaid calls and data will increase by 40 percent. At the same time, Airtel has also announced the prices of its new prepaid plan.
